Blackout Team Spirit!

I just thought of a way to show your team spirit on the Blackout event by wearing a color according to your team and still looking fashionable:

You can even wear the limited and prized items!

Might be a corny idea, but still 🙂

Prom 2015: Fashion Ideas and Styles

So I was going around Fantage (mainly Downtown) observing random Fantagians’ outfits for prom. Here are some screenshots:

   

From what I can see, they all seem to do this: picking out a prom dress, and then loading it with accessories. No offense, but I think accessories are an important part of your outfit, because they set a theme to your look! More importantly, they should match your outfit! This started me thinking on how to make my own unique prom look without making myself go overboard on designs and colors.

Blame my icky inspiration if you want to, because I just got a string instrument. Joking, I actually got a string of ideas on how to doll up your Fantagian in a cute little prom outfit! 😀

First, I want to show you my outfit for prom:

Here are the tips I’ve got on styling your Fantagian up for prom, which are what I followed to make this outfit:

• Pick a simple dress. You might not want one that is too flashy and colorful, especially if you’re going to wear lots of accessories.
• Stick to a color scheme! For example, for my prom dress, I mostly wear gold. 1-2 colors are fine, don’t go overboard!
• The accessories. Wear those that match with your outfit and color scheme. No matter what accessory you’ve got, it won’t look pretty if you don’t match it.

I also suggest wearing items such as:

• Sashes, crowns (if you’ve got any), corsages, flowers, wands, jewelry
• The Moonlight Prom Event items! If you don’t know what I’m talking about, here are some of those (nonmember) items:

               

Boards

Wear a sophisticated-looking one (jk jk). For example…

         

I’m a nonmember, I don’t have a lot of items, what would I wear?

Remember the Cleaning Campaign Event Tee? (you can get it for free at Fantage School if you don’t have it)

Wear it with shorts, so it would look like a dress. Then wear some accessories and voila!

You’re ready to go to prom now! 🙂

Ways to Style Pet Bag

I just got this really cute Feebi pet bag from Lucky Bot, and I want to share to you guys tips on how to style it up:

• Dress kawaii! Like, really cute, childish items (I don’t mean childish as in childish but as in no revealing crop tops, high heels, etc.)
• Wear pastel/ light colors
• Wear braids and ponytails!
• Some suggested items to wear: Cat ears, mouse band, bunny nose, Pbh

I love the bunny nose and cat ears! They give a touch of playfulness in your outfit.

New New Year Outfits 2015

Sorry for not posting in a while, this week has been a really busy one for me! I crammed every homework in school because I have this big group project with my friends at school… I spent almost EVERY night on this project! Anyways, moving on to Fantage stuff…

So Fantage just released new New Year’s items. *cough* Okay, that was NOT a mistake on the title. I deliberately made it like that (because they were new items, and it was New Year, get it?) 😛

Obviously, the navy getup is the only thing for nons. *sigh* And they overpriced it! Honestly, back then, Fantage never sells items this expensive. 2,000 STARS?! (or ecoins and Gold, whichever you prefer…)

 

 

TBH: I was really disappointed with the new items. I know Fantage workers have some crazy deadlines, but this is a real rush work. The items look weird and the colors are really off. No offense, but they could do better. I’m not sure if I would buy the items (so expensive >.<) but if I did, I’ll probably post a picture of them together with a fashion advice post on how to style them. 🙂

P.S. to moonlightinthesea: I haven’t forgotten your prizes (not the giveaway). Sorry if I was so late in giving them, being too busy with this week, but I promise you’ll receive them soon! I’ll tell you when I’ll send them to your email. 😀 

Some boards that you should buy

Do you ever feel that your Fantagian’s outfit and boards don’t match? Today I’m going to talk about tips on choosing a good board!

• Choose a flat, simple board with 1 or 2 colors. I suggest you use the nonmember boards, they might look plain to you, but because of their style, they mostly match with your outfits!
• Don’t choose a big board that has too many colors. It might look cool at first sight, but it’s actually pretty distracting.
• Some boards cover your feet which makes you unable too see your shoes, and I personally dislike wearing them. I suggest you not wear those boards that cover your feet.
• You don’t just pick any board in your inventory; you have to make sure your board matches your outfit’s colors.

Now I’m going to suggest some boards that match easily with outfits!

Classic Skateboard

This board is one of my favorites. it doesn’t ruin your style, and it’s black, a natural color! The only problem you will have here is that when you wear black shoes.

Mini Board

Yeah I know, it kind of looks boring at first, but it helps A LOT when matching outfits with boards.

White and Orange (Newbie) Board

Okay I don’t recommend this much because it looks TOO plain… just because you need a simple board doesn’t mean it should not have colors!

Top Models Starter Boards

I love these boards! You can match any of them with the colors of you outfits.

Most nonmember boards also works because they’re so simple and cute!

How to style: Caramel Hair

Today I was looking for hairs in my inventory and I found this super cute hair that I’m sure almost all of you guys have! It’s the new (well, not really new, since Fantage released this last year!) nonmember hair at Stellar Salon, called Caramel Hair.

I love it. It looks so simple and pretty! Here are some styles that would look really good with this hair ❤

Casual:

This is my favorite since it’s an everyday look! A simple shirt, jeans, and flats or sandals will do for a casual look. Add a bag or earrings for the finishing touch! For example:

The simpler the better I guess 😀

Preppy

Wear any school uniform together with a book, bag, or any other school things! I usually add a hair accessory too.

Dressy

The dress is the most important part, either short or long. Add some fancy accessories to complete the dressy look.

Here’s how I would wear the hair on Fantage:

See how it matches with nearly everything? The possibilities are endless! There are a lot more styles that look good with this hair than the ones I gave above, so try to experiment!

Fantage New Year’s Fashion

So do you remember the free New Year item Fantage gave us?

In my opinion, the shape of the glasses look weird. It’s too big, and also blocks out your whole face. So how do you wear it? Here are some tips:

1. Wear it with bright and cheerful items! It is New Year anyway.
2. Don’t wear it with hair accessories. I tried to match it with a headband, and it covers up the accessory.
3. Try to wear it with huge hairs, so that the glasses would look small enough.
4. Wear sparklers or any glowing accessories for the overall New Year look! 😀

Now here’s how I would wear it on Fantage:

New Year OOTD (with those dang glasses)

I don’t know why but I’m loving this hair so much… maybe because it looks Asian and I’m an Asian? LOL.

Ahahaha what

Okay I know this is late but I’m just gonna post something about the Clean Campaign Event.

At first when I saw this I was like, “Oh great another event what now?”, so with this much curiosity, I checked it out to see what it was.

So basically, it’s an event where you will get an item if you agree to follow the rules set to make Fantage clean. (omg Fantage is bribing us an item just so we can get to agree to their rules ahaha) I wonder though, if this event results to less scamming, bullying, and unfair treatment hmm? (follow the rules people!)

Yeah so I was kinda disappointed with the event ’cause why would you make a whole new event just for 1 item? wasted pixels

I like the shirt though. I must say, it looks more like a dress than a shirt. Here are some ways to style it!

1. Try not the wear the shirt with pants as to not make your Fantagian’s body look super long. Since the shirt is already long, try wearing shorts that is hidden by the shirt.

2. Brown, blue, pink, white, black, yellow and green best matches this shirt.

3. I think the Moonlight Prom items would look great with the shirt. ❤
